Metrix is used to collect, analyze and report on service performance data for a variety of real-time and mid-range systems and environments. The primary Client-internal users of Metrix are Front End Operations and Coverage, Realtime Operations and Coverage the Customers Account Team. Metrix output is also used by the Service Level Reporting application. Need a Self Starter, Able to work independently, someone who can really just right jump into a complex project and start contributing.
