Requirements and Background: 1. Prior staffing or recruiting experience, preferably in the public sector (alternatively, corporate human resource organizational experience in the public or private sector). 2. Experience with an Applicant Tracking system, preferably Taleo. 3. Prior experience in the development of Content for automated prescreening for an eRecruiting or applicant tracking system. 4. Demonstrated experience and leadership in projects that required a high degree of analytical expertise in the recruiting area. 5. Familiarity in developing Standard Operating Procedures in personnel practices. 6. Prior consulting project experience (within a company or as a consultant) in the recruiting and sourcing areas; this experience to include consulting with hiring managers. 7. Familiarity with the Microsoft's standard office products; expertise with Word and Excel; excellent skills in personal computing. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 9. Local to the Chicago area. |
