Position Description:  Experience Level: 5-7 years technical background and 3-5 years directly related web experience. Description: Develops and implements complex internet and intranet applications on one or more platforms. Uses knowledge of web technologies, including C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP, multimedia applications, database modeling tools and/or database interactions.   Evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution.  Researches and tracks new web technologies, develops service applications, and analyzes business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems. Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards.  May provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.

Candidate will possess a strong desire to provide quality work, be able to multi-task between many different requests, and have excellent communication skills that can talk to both technical contacts as well as business contacts.

Required Experience:

.           3 - 5 years experience in ASP.Net development with a focus on C#

.           2 - 4 years experience using Visual Studio.

.           2 - 4 years experience in HTML/ASP development using FrontPage or Ultra Edit.

.           3 - 5 years experience in relational database design, creation, and maintenance to ensure data integrity is maintained. Oracle, Sybase, and/or MS SQL Server.

.           1 - 3 years experience in Unix scripting experience on Solaris or Linux environments.

Desired Experience:

.           ITIL experience

.           Firm understanding of security related issues around

.           DOS scripting experience

.           NANT scripting experience

.           Perl scripting experience

.           Knowledge and/or use of source control software
