Position Description:  Experience Level: Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years related experience including familiarity with testing automation tools.

Description: Responsible for handling the most complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues.  Acts as a lead in the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts.  Works with client to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project.  Analyzes, tests, and certifies application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents.  Uses advanced knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex test problems.  Researches new products and industry methodologies and facilitates the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.  Plans and directs quality assurance schedules and assignments, and monitors project status in comparison to cost/time projections.  Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution

of software and specification defects. Documents all phases of QA process.

Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.

Perform the QA Lead Role on the FDR project.

Additional requirements:

Project Management Experience

o     Knowledgeable in Project Management methodology.

o     Ability to create project plan.

o     Experience in leading the testing tasks within a project.

o     Experience with issue escalation and resolution.

Quality Assurance Experience

o     Ability to identify and document the test strategy.

o     Ability to learn the technical and business processes quickly to

coordinate testing activities

o     Ability to learn the WF Integrated Methodology and Lending QA

processes quickly

o     Knowledge of industry standards for testing - requirements

testability, traceability, test phase, test script writing, etc.

o     Technical background to understand the technical testing needs and to be able to communicate effectively within the project team.

o     Ability to work with and orchestrate testing activities with an

audience that is large and varied in experience with testing.

o     Experience with automated testing tools, preferably Mercury's

products.

General Experience:

o     Ability to multi task in a fast pace environment

o     Ability to provide status on a regular basis to upper management in a clear and concise manner.

o     Ability to listen to customers and communicate

professionally/effectively with them

o     Seeks to identify risks early and works to provide solutions to

conference calls with 50+ individuals.
