ERass - External Resume Access and Search System
Staffitnow members can access and search for resumes from their paid job boards. Erass provides an easy interface to search for candidates in all major job boards simultaneously. Erass also keeps a watch for any new resumes that come into the paid job boards every day. The resumes retrieved from the paid job boards are stored in a secure private database that is accessible only by the company recruiters.
Search for Candidates:
ERass supports Job Specific and AdHoc searches. In a job specific search, resumes found in the paid job boards are scored and ranked according to the job requirements.
Schedule a Watch:
Every day eRass tracks new resumes loaded in your paid job board. Setup the recurrence option and specifiy the number of days and eRass will bring in new resumes.
Build & Share Company Wide Private Database:
All resumes retrieved from paid job boards are stored in a private database accessible only by your company. These resumes are available to your company for subsequent searches and jobs. Resumes downloaded by one recruiter in your company is available company wide which increases sharing and optimally uses the job board licenses especially when job boards have resume view restrictions.
