This tells us the type of candidates you need and we actively look for candidates that match your watch. We generally collect all resumes and we actively invite candidates to post their resumes. Most of our resumes are in the IT field. Resumes we collect from the web are not restricted by geography. We serve the entire United States.

We deliver with precision, requirements from other companies that want corp to corp relationships. We also provide your corporate information, web site details and a short description of your services to other companies both staffing companies and end clients requiring staffing help.
No. Only an authorized user can upload your consultant's resume. Only that user's information will be displayed as the contact information. We will make sure that no emails or phone numbers exist in the resume other than the users contact information. So you are in complete control.
No. Just upload your consultant's resume in MS word or .txt format. We will extract all the information and upload the resume in under a minute. There is no cumbersome typing or manual data entry involved. You would however have to enter the rate and availability information of the consultant.
Yes and No. We have a significant amount of candidates coming to our site to upload their resume. We also gather thousands of resumes daily from the web and other sources. The candidates we collect through our gathering process may not know that their resumes are on StaffitNow.com but we actively contact these candidates and invite them to take a look at their resume. All resumes are marked to show whether it is consultant, a candidate who loaded his/her resume through our site or if it came from our gathering process.

A Company with multiple facilities may choose to register multiple times. There is no restriction on the number of times a company can register.
No. There is absolutely no limit on the number of resumes you can view.
We provide the first introduction, i.e. we provide your consultant to the company that has the exact need. We automatically provide you with requirements that match your criteria. After that, the two companies contact each other and work out the relationship. We provide a feedback mechanism for you to tell about your experience working with the company. We rate our members on the basis of this feedback mechanism. If you have had a bad experience with a partner company, you can provide your feedback. That company then receives a poor rating. We also check to make sure companies have the right accreditations like Articles of Incorporation, a current DNB profile. Vendor diversity status is checked annually.
