Resume Database:
Staffitnow is the only solution that provides a public and private database.
Resumes in the public database are from candidates seeking employment, resumes collected from over 200 free sites from the web, from companies marketing their consultants and from third party recruiters representing their candidates
Each customer has a private database which is built with resumes from paid job boards. Resumes from their paid job boards are accessible only by the customer's employees.
Matching Technology:
Staffitnow's proprietary matching technology generates a list of qualified resumes as soon as a job is added. This list is generated from both the public and private databases.
Resume Views:
All customers can view resumes without any restriction. Resumes do not contain contact information. Customer's pricing plan defines the number of contact information available. Customers can pay on a per contact information any time.
